Plant based faves

I was 11 when I first embraced vegetarianism and after trying quite a few times to go vegan I eventually went fully plant based in January 22. Here are some of my plant based must haves.
Huel protein powder

Huel

One of the things I worried most about going 100% plant based was not getting enough protein. I tried hemp and other protein sources and if I’m honest I thought they tasted a bit earthy. Then I found Huel. Initially I tried their meal replacement for a timesaving lunch but now I use their vanilla protein powder daily in my morning overnight oats. It’s absolutely delicious. The Happy Pear

The Happy Pear redefined the plant based lifestyle for me. From their cookbooks, YouTube channel, daily swimrises and courses they are a true inspiration. There’s too much content to share here, so here’s a link to the cookbook I use most.

Plant M!lk maker

My most recent purchase is my plant m!lk maker. 50g of oats, some water and hey presto I have a litre of oat m!lk for the fraction of the price plus no cartons sent to landfill.

A bit about affiliate links

Some of these links are affiliate links. This means I may get a commission if you buy something or subscribe to a service. None of the prices have been increased to pay me. I only share recommendations of books I’ve actually read and genuinely love.
